In this short news, we have discovered that Xiaomi Malaysia will be bringing these devices into Malaysia sooner than expected. According to @KevinNgTK, the Mi 10 with 5G has already passed SIRIM certification just last Friday. In other words, it's coming real soon.
From the SIRIM certification, it doesn't really say much about the tech specs except that 5G connectivity support will definitely be available (3x 5G bands, in fact). Despite that, we cannot guarantee that we will get the same Mi 10 series models that were unveiled earlier in China last month, particularly the memory capacity area as that's one of the factors that tend to spike up the price. The Mi 10 series has up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB storage.

Other than that, we can safely assume that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, 4500mAh battery with 50W fast charging technology, 108MP camera and more will be on board. The starting price of the Mi 10 series 3999 Yuan, which roughly translates to around ~RM2372 from direct currency conversion.
The global launch is set on 27 March 2020 and it will be a live streaming event. Since the SIRIM certification has passed the Mi 10 series, we won't be surprised if Xiaomi Malaysia will announce the official price as well on the same day. Until then, stay tuned for more Xiaomi news at TechNave.com.
