After launching the Xiaomi Mi 11 as the first smartphone to enter the market with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, the Chinese tech giant is expected to present the Pro variant in February this year. Earlier, a rumour has suggested that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will have an improved display and better fast charging. Today, a poster posted on Weibo has revealed that the Mi 11 Pro will have a different camera module compared to the vanilla Mi 11.

To recap, the Xiaomi Mi 11 comes with a triple camera setup that consists of a 108MP main sensor, accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide angle sensor and a 5MP macro shooter. For the Mi 11 Pro, it is rumoured to bring an extra periscope camera that provides up to 120x zoom. It is said that a similar combination was used in last year’s Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra.

Furthermore, the latest source has also mentioned that the Mi 11 Pro will have absolutely the same display as the standard variant, which contradicts the last rumour. For now, these are the only differences that we know between the devices. We could only wait until then to find out about other upgrades that Xiaomi will introduce on the Mi 11 Pro.
