With the recent Xiaomi Mi Drone announcement yesterday, there's some more good news from Xiaomi and that's something to do with the Mi Band 2 which was showcased two weeks ago with features of what it can do.
There have been many speculations about when the Mi Band will be released, and due to the mass production issue, Xiaomi CEO, Lei Jun stated it will most likely come in June with no specific date given. But all that is changed now, as 2 June 2016 is the official release date for the Mi Band 2, along with the Mi Bunny. This was confirmed during the QnA session after the Mi Drone presentation, when Mr. Lei Jun was answering a question regarding the Mi Band 2's status; furthermore, he also stated the official sale will be on 7 June 2016.
