Earlier this month, a new wireless earphone model from Xiaomi was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website. At the time, we said that it could be a successor to the Mi True Wireless Earphones. Now, a new leak has confirmed that the True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro could be on the way.
The audio device was certified by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) and bears the model number of TWSEJ09WM. As you can see, an image of the product was also attached and it looks similar to the previous generation Mi True Wireless Earphones. According to Digital Chat Station, this new true wireless stereo (TWS) earphone will come with active noise cancelling and wireless charging.

The previous-gen model came with 7mm audio drivers and had an estimated 3-hours of battery life at 80% volume. If you add the charging case, it's supposed to be able to deliver a total of 10-hours music playback. It's uncertain whether the battery life would increase, but the ANC on the new model would definitely affect how long the battery can last.
Now that the device is starting to get more certifications, we can probably expect an official release soon. But with that said, would you be interested in getting this TWS earphone if it launches in Malaysia? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
