A cooling system is almost a must for flagships these days as they come with more and more powerful processors. Xiaomi has introduced a new cooling technology called Loop LiquidCool, which aims to improve basic heat pipes in two ways and double the cooling efficiency.
The Loop LiquidCool allows heat from the chipset to cause liquid to evaporate in the Evaporator segment, and hot gas will then travel down a pipe to cool in the Condenser before turning into liquid again. This liquid then goes to the Refill chamber that feeds the Evaporator, creating a cycle for effective cooling. Other than that, it also utilizes Tesla valves to ensure that the circulation goes the right way.

Xiaomi has replaced the original vapour chamber in Mix 4 with the Loop LiquidCool system. The result shows that the maximum temperature recorded was 47.7ºC, 8.6ºC cooler than an unmodified Mix 4, after a 30-minute session of Genshin Impact at 60 fps. The company also mentioned its flexibility in design as it can accommodate other components by changing its shape.
It looks like we'll have a new cooling system to complement the 200W fast charging in next-gen Xiaomi flagships. Are you excited about the arrival of those devices? Let us know by leaving a comment and stay tuned to TechNave.com for the latest tech news.
