Xiaomi has been working on their new device patent since last year which is a foldable smartphone. As they say, the subway in China is a very magical place where most future devices were noticed, and so, the Xiaomi’s foldable smartphone was caught in real life on the subway this time.
According to the pictures captured on the subway, the finished device looks pretty much the same with the drawings that we saw in one of the Xiaomi patents. The foldable device shown on the photos flexible screen that folds inwards with a noticeable MIUI 12 user interface.

By comparing back with the patents leaked previously, the one that the man was holding did not have a vertical stripe on the right side of the large display like the one we saw on the patents earlier. The only thing we can notice is the selfie camera is placed on the top of the display. But since Xiaomi is rumored to have 3 different foldable smartphones this year, this might just be one of the models that will be launching soon.
