Just last week, we managed to have early access to what Facebook desktop dark mode would look like and it looks pretty great. Now, it seems that the company is done with the testing and a few users will be able to opt-in the new design. Here's how it works.
When you log into your Facebook account, you can go over to your Account tab at the top right corner and look for "Switch for New Facebook". After that, the user interface will have a brand new, fresh and simpler look as we mentioned before. If you want Dark Mode, click back to the Account tab again and look for that option and it should "switch off the lights".

So far from our experience, the new Facebook design does seem faster in loading or transitioning pages. For example, if you click back your News Feed page after commenting on your friends or family's post, the News Feed page will go back to where you last stopped. That's one of the huge improvements they made.
Again, the new desktop experience will be rolled out to everyone over the next few months. So keep calm and be patient, stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
