Apple just officially unveiled the 4th Generation iPad Air, Apple Watch Series 6, and Apple Watch SE at the Time Flies event a few days ago. So we are expecting the iPhone 12 series to be launching real soon since the iPhone 12 Pro Max has just passed through AnTuTu Benchmark today.

According to AnTuTu’s post on Weibo, the tested results on the iPhone 12 Pro Max has no major performance difference between its predecessor with A13 Bionic chipset. The overall score for the A14 Bionic is 5,72,333 which is less than Android smartphones with Snapdragon 865 and 865+ chipset. The tested variant is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

There are even scorecards posted by Antutu comparing both iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 11 Pro Max test results which scored 5,24,436 points. From the results shown, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is just ~9% more powerful than its predecessor. But what we noticed is the UX score of the tested unit was running an iOS 14.1, so it might be a prototype unit.

Either way, there’s still no official confirmation on the tech specs and release date for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, so do take this with a pinch of salt. But are you excited to upgrade to it? Let us know at our Facebook page and stay tuned for more tech news updates on TechNave.com
