It seems that Apple recently made an announcement stating that any iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro users that encountered audio issues will be entitled to have their iPhones fixed for free. Apple mentioned that the aforementioned issue is only affecting a small percentage of both the iPhones mentioned above while the iPhone 12 and mini and Pro Max does not seem to exhibit such issue.
If you’re encountering an audio issue with either the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, head over to any local Apple Authorised service provider or contact Apple Support to have that issue sorted out. Another thing to note is that if your iPhone is physically damaged to the point where it might hinder the repair process, so you might need to resolve that issue first.
