Previously, we reported that the iQOO 10 Series is set for release this 19 July and will be sporting a few top of the line features such as the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Now, the company has revealed that the device would also be featuring 200W fast charging; the first smartphone in the world to do so.

That particular honour goes to the iQOO 10 Pro, while its little brother, the vanilla iQOO 10 is no slouch either with 120W fast charging. Taking to its official Weibo account, iQOO said that the feat took them countless trials, just so that its charging technology can be faster while being safe for consumers.

The 3C approval also revealed that iQOO will be including specific chargers in the box for each device. Interestingly, the 10 Pro will get a charger with a model number V200100L0B0-CN that offers maximum charging speeds of 20V/10A (200W).
