One thing about realme that really stands out is how short its product lifecycles are. Roughly 6 months since the realme 7 series launched, there's already news of a successor. In fact, there's a new teaser suggesting that the realme 8 series is coming soon.

In the teaser video, realme revealed that there would be a product launch on 24 March 2021. The word 'Infinity' was repeated multiple times and the symbol happens to look like an '8' when placed vertically. In other words, we can expect the realme 8 series to be launched on the announced date.

The date matches that from a previous rumour about the realme 8 series too. We also know that the realme 8 and 8 Pro will feature a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of storage. realme India CEO Madhav Sheth also confirmed that there will be a variant (most likely the Pro) with a 108MP camera.

The realme 7 series didn't have a 108MP camera, so if that's a thing for you then this would be a worthy upgrade. Having said that, what do you think of the specs and design so far? Let us know in the comments below, and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates about the phone.
