The realme 8 lineup will continue to expand with two devices launching soon in India, and they're the realme 8s and realme 8i. Earlier, it was reported that the realme 8s would be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor, but there's nothing about the realme 8i. Now, more information regarding the latter has arrived, claiming that the device will be the first to come with the Helio G96 processor.
Other than the mentioned processor, the realme 8i is expected to sport a 6.59-inch Full HD+ display and supports up to 120Hz refresh rate. There would also be a triple-camera setup that brings a 50MP main camera, a 2MP portrait camera and a 2MP macro shooter. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera housed within a punch-hole cutout. Under the hood, it could pack a 5,000mAh battery.

The source has also provided a high-resolution render image of the realme 8i. It appears that the upcoming device would have a glossy finish on the back with a gradient design and curved edges. The budget phone also has a plastic build that measures 8.6mm in thickness and weighs 194 grams.
