If you recall, the realme Band 2 was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards website last month. It was suggested that the launch was coming soon, but since then we have had no news about the smartband. Today, realme Malaysia finally unveiled the device.
Like many other smart bands, the realme Band 2 is targeted at sports and fitness enthusiasts. It comes with a 3.5cm Large Colour Display, with rounded corners and an aluminium body. Moreover, it also has 5ATM water resistance and a 204mAh battery, which provides it with up to 12 days of battery life (depending on usage).
The realme Band 2 also comes with a high-precision GH3011 sensor that has a sampling frequency of 1kHz. This allows it to accurately track a user's heart rate and blood oxygen levels. Besides that, this smartband can monitor your sleeping habits and record data like your sleep duration and stages. On top of that, it's capable of monitoring 90 sports modes including outdoor running, football, badminton, and more.
The realme Band 2 will be available starting 20 September 2021 for RM169. You could also get it through the global first sale via realme's Lazada store for RM139.
