The realme GT Neo has arrived today with a bunch of attractive tech specs and a bold design. Besides a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, the device features a 64MP Sony sensor, Dolby Atmos + Hi-Res sound technology, and a 4,500mAh battery that supports a 50W fast charge. The device sports a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED screen with 1080P resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and DCI-P3 wide color gamut. There are also front and rear dual ambient light sensors that can intelligently adjust the brightness according to the surrounding. Under the hood, the 4,500mAh battery is said to be able to charge up to 50% in just 16 minutes. Despite only supporting a 50W fast charge, the company still ships the device with a 65W charger.
Other than that, the realme GT Neo is equipped with dual graphite plates and uses a liquid cooling solution. The device also has the "GT Mode" that is dedicated to enhancing performance during gaming. With the mentioned features like 360Hz touch sampling rate and Dolby Atmos + Hi-Res sound, this sounds like a perfect gaming phone choice to us.
For photography, the device comes with a triple camera setup that brings a 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. There's a new generation of Pure Raw night scene algorithm that supports AI automatic dead pixel removal, AI noise reduction, and other features. On the front, it has a 16MP sensor placed in a punch-hole cutout on the top right corner for selfies and video calls.
The realme GT Neo arrived with three variants including a 6GB + 128GB version priced at 1,799 Yuan (~RM1,139), 8GB + 128GB version priced at 1,999 Yuan (~RM1,266), and a 12GB + 256GB version priced at 2,299 Yuan (~RM1,456). All of them will also come with Realme UI 2.0 out of the box. For the colour options, there are three - Fantasy Gradient, Geek Silver, and Hacker Black.
