After weeks of teasing it, realme finally unveiled its new realme GT smartphone. Despite boasting power hardware, it's an affordable flagship device at 2799 yuan (~RM1753). realme also confirmed that there will be a second model on the way.
During realme's launch of the realme GT yesterday, it was announced that the realme GT Neo will be launching soon. Not much was revealed about the device yet, except its Dimensity 1200 chipset. While it may be slightly weaker than the Snapdragon 888 and is more like a high-end mid-range chipset, it should result in a more affordable price range for the GT Neo.
We expect most of the base tech specs to be similar
Besides the chipset, the realme GT Neo should share similar tech specs with the realme GT. In other words, it should come with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. We also expect it to have the same 6.43-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 4500mAh battery, and triple camera (64MP+8MP+2MP) at the back.
