The global version of the realme GT2 series has arrived today, bringing a vanilla model and a Pro variant. As usual, the GT2 Pro will be the more powerful representation here with the latest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon chip alongside other top-of-the-line tech specs. Now, let's read on to find out more about the devices!

The realme GT2 Pro sports a 6.7-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED LTPO 2.0 panel that supports up to 120Hz and has a resolution of 1440x3216px. Under the hood, it gets fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. There's also a 5,000mAh battery that comes with 65W fast charging. realme claims that it can go from 0% to 100% in just 33 minutes.

The device also has a triple-camera setup on the rear, comprised of a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with omni-directional PDAF and OIS, a second 50MP sensor as the world's joint-first 150-degree ultrawide camera, and a 3MP microlens with 40x magnification. Meanwhile, the front uses a 32MP sensor for selfies and video calls.

On the other hand, the standard GT2 features a slightly smaller 6.62-inch 1080p AMOLED panel with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. However, it gets powered by last year's Snapdragon 888 SoC. Furthermore, it also has a slightly watered-down camera setup with a 119-degree ultrawide lens (rather than 150-degree) and a 16MP front-facing camera, with other tech specs remaining the same.

The realme GT2 series will be available in four colour options including Paper White, Paper Green, Steel Black, and Titanium Blue. In Europe, the realme GT2 Pro in 8/128GB trim retails for 749 Euro (~RM3,521) while the 12/256GB model gets priced at 849 Euro (~RM3,991). The standard variant will go by 549 Euro (~RM2,580) for the 8/128GB option and 599 Euro (~RM2,816) for the 12/256GB option.
