vivo has confirmed that the successor to its X70 Pro Plus, the vivo X Note will be launched in China this 11 April 2022. As we’ve reported previously, the launch event will also feature the company’s first foldable the X Fold as well as the vivo Pad.

As for the X Note, vivo today released official renders of its flagship smartphone for the first time. The images reveal the device’s design as well as the available colour options.

Based on the images, the X Note will come in either a grey, light blue or black option, though the official naming scheme for the colours was not revealed. There are also rumours about vivo potentially adding an orange colour for the device in the future.

One of the most intriguing features of the device has got to be its rear quadruple camera-setup. Based on the images, the four cameras are housed inside a circular enclosure on the top right of the X Note’s rear.

Moreover, the circular camera enclosures is part of a blacked-out visor-like patch at the device’s rear, which looks pretty sleek in my opinion. Upon closer inspection, a Zeiss logo can also be seen at its rear, which is not surprising, given the collaboration between the two companies since vivo launched the X60.

Ahead of its launch this 11 April, vivo has already made the X Note available for pre-order in China through JD and Tmall. However, vivo hasn’t actually released the official specs for the device yet.

Well, we’re pretty sure that the X Note would be a high-end quality device if our previous report on its alleged spec list turned out to be true. Only one way to find out then, which is to wait until its launch this 11 April.
