Earlier this month, it was suggested that the vivo X90 series could launch in December 2022. This is because the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will only launch in mid-November. However, vivo's new devices could surface earlier than expected.
Recently, vivo announced that an "Imaging Strategy Conference" is to be held on 24 October 2022. The flagship-class vivo X series focuses on delivering powerful mobile photography capabilities. As such, vivo could introduce the vivo X90 series at this conference, before officially launching the new devices later.

As mentioned earlier, the vivo X90 series should feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. But vivo could equip one of the variants with the Dimensity 9200 chipset. Besides that, the vivo X90 series is expected to feature a 5000mAh battery, 100W fast charging, 120Hz AMOLED display, and more. As for the all-important camera module, it's rumoured that there will be a quad-camera setup, with a 1-inch sensor for the main camera.
At the moment, these are unconfirmed rumours. But we're expecting vivo's upcoming flagship phones to impress. How about you? Let us know in the comments below, and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates about the vivo X90 series.
