According to the latest Internation Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker, vivo has entered the world's top 5 smartphones manufacturer, thanks to their steady presence in Malaysia along with the combined with the sales of vivo V3Max, which is their latest smartphone sporting 4GB RAM, dual-engine fast charging, HiFi (High Fidelity) sound technology, and a quick 0.2 second fingerprint unlocking.
As mentioned earlier, IDC has regarded vivo's fast growth as one of the catalysts for change in the worldwide smartphone market in first half of 2016. vivo managed to ship 14.3 million units in the period - a year-on-year increase of 123.8% achieving 4.3% of global market share. It's also worth mentioning that vivo is the first mobile brand in the world to introduce HiFi into its smartphones, giving the ultimate audio experience together with the smartphone's dual chip audio decoding program.
