realme Malaysia has today announced that it will be bringing the realme Pad Mini into our shores, with a launch date set on 20 April 2022. In a Facebook post today, the Chinese tech company revealed that the launch will be live on its official Facebook page at 2pm on 20 April.
The Pad Mini was released as a Philippines-only exclusive earlier this month, starting from ~RM815. Essentially a smaller version of the realme Pad, the Pad Mini is powered by a Unisoc Tiger T606 SoC with up to 4GB of RAM.

The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) today revealed that it has converted 53,000 scratch-and-display parking coupons to e-coupons as of yesterday (12 April 2022). The exchange was done through the Smart Selangor Parking (SSP) mobile application, involving approximately RM35,000 worth of transactions.
This was after the Selangor state government announced that all scratch-and-display parking coupon holders must register as SSP users to transfer the value of their vouchers into e-coupons inside the app. Residents can do so starting 26 March 2022 with no end date being announced just yet.

Global cryptocurrency platform Luno has today revealed that Malaysia is one of its strongest markets. In a statement by Luno Malaysia country manager Aaron Tang, 12 percent of the platform's new customers in the past 6 months are based in our country.
That amounted to approximately 120,000 new customers from Malaysia in just half a year. Globally, Luno now has over 10 million customers across 40 countries, securing one million new customers worldwide in the past six months for a a 35 percent year-on-year growth.
