Many of you must be familiar with the tragic news that happened in Wuhan, China. The disease outbreak has caused the region to be quarantined and 11 million people are currently barred from leaving. This has also affected many events that are supposed to happen in the area as they are being forced to cancel or schedule another time. One of the events appears to be Huawei’s largest annual developer conference, the HDC.Cloud 2020.

It seems that Facebook is currently testing WhatsApp’s dark mode, which is good news because not only does it use less battery on certain smartphones, but it also strains the eyes a lot less as well. If you are interested in testing out the dark mode for yourself, you will have to download a beta version of WhatsApp which can be found on the Google Play Store.

If there's one area of gaming that hasn't really been making many strides, it would be virtual reality. Sony launched its PlayStation VR in late 2016 but most Sony PS4 users don't have an interest in it. Still, it's clear that Sony hasn't given up on having success in VR, if rumour of a possible PlayStation VR 2 is to be believed.

HONOR has officially announced that their HONOR MagicWatch 2 will be available in several limited-edition styles that are designed by notable artists such as Jacky Tsai, George Greaves, Wang DongLing and more. Not only that, but there’s also up to 85 watch face designs to choose from which can be downloaded from the Huawei health App from February onwards.

Some Android users have been asking for a quick file sharing feature for a long time. Many wish for an Android version of Apple's AirDrop, as it allows for the transfer of files between Apple computers and devices wirelessly without needing internet connectivity or sharing storage devices. Google has been working on one called Nearby Sharing, but now it seems Samsung is creating its own version as well.

A new leak that's appeared shows what are supposed to be official renders and pricing of the Galaxy S20 devices. It also claimed that the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will feature a periscope camera with 100x digital zoom.

At the Consumer Electronics Show this year, AMD announced that it will be launching laptops equipped with the new Mobile Ryzen 4000 series chips. The Ryzen 7 4800H is supposed to be the highest performer and now we have a leak comparing benchmarks scores for the chip, compared to a few others.

We have seen smartphone camera resolution continuously grow in the last few years, with brands stacking more sensors to achieve higher pixel counts. In fact, even some midrange devices have 48MP or 108MP these days, something that would have been inconceivable before. But Honor believes that going for sensors with larger pixel sizes may be a better option.

OPPO Reno 3 has been grabbing most of the attention with the renders leaked since last year. Today, there’s seems to be a new version of the OPPO Reno3 that appeared on TEENA. There are two new OPPO models found on TEENA listings which are the OPPO PCLM50 and also the OPPO CPH2035. 

In last year’s October, Microsoft have debuted two folding devices named Surface Neo and Surface Duo. Both of them are able to be folded inside and outside with a hinge mechanism (not folding screen here). Today, the company has released the Surface Duo preview SDK that allows developers to express their creativity on the two-screen device.
