The next OnePlus device, the OnePlus 3, should be announced sometime soon - and according to scores from GFXBench and Geekbench the upcoming OnePlus 3 will be sporting 6GB of RAM, putting it slightly above the current crop of flagship smartphones.

Some of the new tech specs and features for the upcoming model includes the use of the Snapdragon 820. Depending on models it could come with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM, possible storage of up to 64GB, an 8 megapixel front camera and rear 16 megapixel camera, and a 5.5 inch display panel.

Allwinner Technology is a Chinese fabless semiconductor company that creates their own system on a chip (SOC) for OEM smartphones that are both low cost and feature acceptable performance. What they recently created is not a phone however – it is a laptop, running RemixOS which they have named the Allwinner Octa A83T priced at just $79 (RM310). Today, Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom) has announced their collaboration with Ericsson Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Huawei Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd as the company's main network infrastructure partners to integrate, deploy and manage its 4G LTE network developments. From now onwards, both Ericsson and Huawei will be responsible for the Full Turnkey supply and delivery of product, equipment, system, works and services for Celcom Radio Access Network (RAN), leading to further enhance customer experience.
