Xiaomi has once again overachieved themselves in Mi Singles’ Day for three years in a row, earning RMB 1.25 billion (RM86 billion!) sales in just one day. For your information, Singles' Day is held every 11 November in China. They’re also crowned the best smartphone in Tmall, and e-commerce platforms JD and Suning.

Mi Singles’ Day 2015 started with a bang at 11 November midnight and within the first 11 minutes and 56 seconds, they already went over RMB 100 million in sales at the Tmall store alone. Xiaomi exceeded RMB 1 billion after that just after 7 minutes.

Maxis has made a surprise move by inviting both Digi and Celcom to have a discussion on setting the industry standards for 4G LTE. 23 November 2015 will be the date and Maxis hopes that the three telco giants can have a meaningful meeting to allow them to determine how to measure coverage in various territories.
