While there are a lot of smartwatches in the market these days, none can say that they have flexible wraparound displays. This may soon change as E Ink, the company behind all those energy-saving black-and-white displays for other smartwatches is supposedly working on a curved wraparound display for a smartwatch. E Ink supposedly have a prototype already but did not show it off at Computex 2014 this year. While they didn't reveal any specific tech specs, they did say that the device would be feature the ability to detect your heart rate, show weather info and notifications. We assume that E Ink are not working on a device themselves so keep an eye out on other smartwatch makers in the coming months. No Malaysia release dates or pricing just yet but stay tuned and we'll keep you posted.

Amazon has recently revealed a teaser video showing various people commenting on a still unnnamed and unannounced Amazon device. The comments hint that either the UI or the display could have 3D capabilities as they include "very real life", "pretty damn intuitive" while looking at the device from several different angles. The teaser ends with a reveal date set for 18 June 2014. No news yet on whether it could be another tablet, ebook reader or smartphone, but most rumours indicate that it would be an Amazon smartphone. These rumours go on to say the tech specs for such a device could include a quad-core Snapdragon processor, 2GB RAM, 4.7-inch display with 720p pixel resolution, a 13MP camera and a modified Android. Since this is Amazon, we expect it to only be officially available in the US but there should be workarounds if you're still interested. No news on pricing either, and as always, do take such rumours with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned for more developments.
