It seems that a few local distributors have started taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy A80, starting from the price of RM2499. DirectD has stated on their Facebook post, that the pre-ordered devices should arrive on 13 July 2019. Factory Mobile, on the other hand, did not mention any arrival date.
