Today, it was announced by Design Awards that Samsung Electronics has won 49 iF Design Awards, including one Gold Award, at the world-renowned International Forum Design Awards 2017. Thirty-five of the awards were given for superior product design, four for professional concept design, seven for communication design, and three for packaging design.

With just three weeks away from the unveiling of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus on 29 March 2017 in New York city, endless rumours and leaks of the device are just inevitable and with each passing day, more and more pictures of the “device” seem to be getting more convincing, because it goes in line with the speculations, here are some more new images of the phone models.

Samsung Malaysia is now offering Malaysians of all walks and ages, the chance to live unplanned by winning a YOLO (You Only Live Once) holiday trip with every purchase of a Samsung Galaxy A (2017) smartphone (the Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 or Samsung Galaxy A7 2017). The contest is called the #A2017LiveUnplanned Instagram Contest with 100 tickets to holiday venues including Seoul, Bali, Phuket, Gold Coast, Langkawi, Redang, Cherating, Kota Kinabalu and more to be won. It is valid from 10 March 2017 to 4 May 2017.

DxOMark had just released their review for the Huawei P10. The P10, which was recently announced at MWC2017, is equipped with a dual-sensor Leica camera that combines a 20MP Monochrome sensor with a 12MP RGB sensor, and features a f2.2 aperture, scored an overall score of 87 points, behind the top placed Google Pixel (which scored 89) and the Galaxy S7 Edge and HTC 10 which both scored 88. It, however, scored more than the similarly equipped Huawei Mate 9, which only managed a score of 85.

Yesterday, Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) did a collaboration with The Discovery Centre (Petrosains) and launched an exhibition called Digi’s Digital City.
