Digi recently gave their Quarterly Network Update presentation on their upcoming plans in the future. One of the key points they pointed out was an improved expansion of their 4G LTE network coverage, as it has increased to 60% of the population coverage. While you can check our earlier review of the OPPO Neo, the tech specs for the OPPO Neo 5 are decidedly entry-level to midrange with a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB storage, 4.5-inch display with 854 x 480 pixel resolution, 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and 1900 mAh battery. It will come with Android 4.3 and OPPO's gesture based ColorOS. While there are still no specific Malaysia release dates, we expect the OPPO Neo 5 to come as soon as next week.
