Previously, we reported on how OpenAI released the ChatGPT app on iOS, enabling iPhone users to use the powerful AI tool. Now, the same app is officially coming to Android too, with OpenAI announcing that it will be rolling out in the final week of July.

As the title suggests, the WhatsApp smartwatch app is now available on Wear OS. It was announced by Mark Zuckerberg a few hours ago via his Meta Channel broadcast.

You may soon have another intuitive way to interact with your Google Search results on Android as the company was spotted experimenting with drag-and-drop. Powered by AI, this means that you can drag a link, text or image and drop it into a search box to find out more about the subject or object.

Sometimes, WhatsApp makes you wonder if it's trying to be another app that does everything. The developers have added all sorts of features over the months. And the next one to be rolled out is one called Channels.

In recent months, WhatsApp has been adding features that allow users to link their accounts to more devices. Last month, the company introduced a feature called Companion Mode, which is now in beta for Android users. Now, it looks like the feature is coming to iOS too.

AI chats have been the craze early this year. With Bing AI chat available on mobile phones via the Edge app, ChatGPT has also made its way but only on iOS and in the US for now. 

If you're a heavy multi-tasker, there's nothing more convenient than being able to run multiple apps. The split-screen feature is best in that regard, but Google wants to improve its functionality with the next  Android version.

These days it seems unthinkable not to have your phone with you all the time, even more so when you’re driving. However, it looks like Google may soon let you turn your Android phone (Pixels first) into a dashcam for your car via the Personal Safety update. 

Sometimes, we would have prefer to have some conversations in private. For face-to-face conversations, you find somewhere you can chat securely. But what if it's via a text messaging app? Well, WhatsApp considers this a relevant issue and has rolled out Chat Lock.

Annoyed with WhatsApp for not allowing you to edit messages? Well, you're not alone. It's not uncommon to send messages with typos or wrong info sometimes, so sometimes we'd have to resend messages. And that's not idea as it clutters the chat room. But that won't be a problem with the edit messages feature.
