News & Reviews:   Acer Predator 17 X Malaysia launch

Besides the new gaming monitor from Acer, Acer also presented their highly anticipated Predator 21 X gaming laptop and Predator 17 X gaming notebook. The Predator 21 X will be available in North America in February with prices starting at $8999 (around RM40491) and in EMEA in February with prices starting at €9999; while the Predator 17 X will be available in the North America in January with prices starting at $2599 (around RM11694), and in EMEA in January with prices starting at €2999; and in China in February with prices starting at ¥39,999 (around RM25877).

Acer Malaysia launched their latest Predator devices with the Predator 17 X gaming laptop and Predator G1 gaming desktop. The Predator 17 X gaming laptop is overclockable, has a 4K display, SoundPound 4.2 subwoofer sound system, RGB backlit and programmable keyboard and more for RM12999.

The Predator G1 gaming desktop on the other hand is one of the first devices to come with the latest NVIDIA GTX1080 Ti graphics card, Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5, sound-reactive Growl Lights and more for RM10999. It will come bundled with an RGB backlit Predator Mechanical Keyboard, gaming mouse and for a lucky 10 buyers they will also get an ultra limited edition G1 Desktop Transport Suitcase.

If you are a gamer, this is the laptop to look out for. Announced at the global Acer event, the Acer Predator 17 X is an update to their Predator 17 model, with better and more powerful hardware installed.
