Recently, we received the rumour claiming that Apple will launch a redesigned MacBook Air this year. According to the latest information, the new MacBook Air that is supposed to arrive in early 2022 has now been pushed back to the second half of the year, and it totally makes sense as we didn't see one at the earlier event. 

Not even a day after the Apple event, new information regarding the upcoming MacBook Air has arrived. Reputable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claims that the laptop will be launching by this year, and it's coming with a new design.

Apple may sometimes be slow to adopt trends and technologies, but when it does the company usually implements them well. For 2022, the company could look to tweak the design of some of its products. This allegedly includes the next iPhone and MacBook Air.

In the quest to make bezels smaller, companies have taken using notches and punch-holes in phones. Apple even did that to the latest MacBook Pro, a decision that some dislike. Fortunately, a source has revealed that next year's MacBook Air won't be the same.

Some Apple fans lament how slowly the brand seems to pick up trends. However, Apple is also often a trendsetter. And for 2022, the company could be looking to add Mini LED displays to more products. The next one to get this could be a new MacBook Air.
