News & Reviews:   Apple iPhone 8 Plus Malaysia release date

Holy moly,  11Street has come up with the pre-order for the brand new Apple iPhone 8 and 8 Plus on its website today (28 September 2017) and delivery will start from 30 October 2017! Both flagships are covered with a 1-Year Apple Malaysia warranty, also will be sold at the official price of RM3649 and RM4149 respective with free gifts worth RM200.

It's been a few weeks now since Apple has rolled out iOS 11, followed by iOS 11.0.1, iOS 11.0.2, iOS 11.0.3 and finally, the latest iOS 11.1 that was released on 31 October 2017. Anyway, for those who have gotten the latest iOS 11.1, the update may not seem like there are many changes except for the obvious new App Store design and the Control Centre. Like, what does that even mean?! Anyway, we finally can rest easy as TENAA has finally unveiled the mystery.

Camera centric site DxOMark have now ranked the Apple iPhone 8 Plus at 94 while the iPhone 8 is 92, knocking down the previously ranked 90 HTC U11. The larger sensor in the iPhone 8 Plus apparently provides better photos for a top Photo score of 96 but perhaps not so much for video at 89. The single camera iPhone 8 performs just as well but isn't as good at zoom and bokeh as the bigger iPhone.

The 10th Anniversary of the Apple iPhone is approaching fast and all will be revealed this Tuesday (in USA time zone). We have reported plenty of iPhone rumours but this one is a unique one because it seems that we may have gotten the "official" names by a developer, who went digging up some new info on the new iPhone.

The guys at The Verge recently received official invites from Apple for their next big event, slated on 12 September 2017. The event looks to be the place where Apple will announce the Apple iPhone 8 (or iPhone 7S) and iPhone 8 Plus along with a few other Apple stuff like Apple Watch, Apple TV and so forth. While we're secretly hoping for some better thought-out AirPods, the next iPhone is rumoured to come with a bezel-free display like the Samsung Galaxy S8 or LG G6, while packing in wireless charging.
