Celcom Axiata Berhad officially launched the Apple iPhone X today after customers queued up at their Sunway Pyramid Blue Cube store since Monday, allowing the first in line and the first pre-order customers to buy the 64GB iPhone X for just RM10. Other Celcom postpaid and prepaid customers can get the iPhone X via the EasyPhone, zero interest 24 month instalment programme.

U Mobile recently announced that they will be offering the Apple iPhone X (along with the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus) from RM3465. The iPhone X will be available with the Postpaid i90 and i30 plans over 24 month contracts and you can pay for it using U Mobile's microCredit or UPackage installment plans. In addition, those who sign up between 24 November 2017 and 26 November 2017 will also receive a Mac City voucher worth RM200. Check out the U Mobile site for more details.

Is Apple's Face ID biometric security system is as safe as they claimed? This question has been thrown around for about two months now when Craig Federighi, Apple senior vice president, failed the Face ID demo during the Apple event on his first attempt. This has led to a 50-50 impression on the technology, as some still preferred the fingerprint scanner method, and out of nowhere, a cybersecurity firm, Bkav claimed that the Face ID is a flawed security measure and even released a video to prove it.
