Today, Opensignal returns once again with another new report. This time around, it's a new Mobile Network Experience Report April 2021 and the last one that they did was back in September 2020. According to the report, there are some big changes so read on below on everything you need to know.

Today, Celcom just announced an all-new convergence plan called Celcom MAX. It's a new hybrid data plan which combines both home and mobile Internet services, allowing customers to utilize the current digital lifestyle during the pandemic in terms of learning, working and playing from home. 

Celcom, Digi, and Maxis signed a Definitive Agreement to work together to expedite the development of fibre backhaul to base stations which will then be shared by all the service providers. With that in mind, this ensures that there is no duplicated fibre infrastructure, driving down the cost of development which benefits both customers and providers.

Today, Celcom released their latest Q4 2020 Business Performance report. Finance reports are generally not very exciting to read here but we noticed that there's some interesting information. From the title suggest, the blue telco will indeed shut down the 3G network at the end of 2021.
