In case you missed it, both Maxis and Celcom have upgraded their postpaid plans Internet data pool for free. It was only a matter of time for Digi's turn and they finally did (sort of) by introducing Digi Postpaid Start, so hold on to your seats because this is about to get a wee-bit complicated.

Earlier today, Telekom Malaysia has recently announced that they will be collaborating with Digi in order to provide high-speed broadband to more Malaysians. In the agreement, TM will provide Layer 3 HSBB network service to Digi in order to increase their coverage to as far as Sabah and Sarawak.

Digi has officially announced the Digi Internet Freedom which bundles both Digi Postpaid Plan, as well as Home Fibre for a lower price start from as RM130 a month, not including the postpaid plan. In addition to that, depending on which Internet Freedom package you pick, you could get discounts on your postpaid plan by up to 20%.

After years of saving, I finally have enough to move out of my parents' house and into a studio apartment I just bought. Not only will I be the man of the house, but I could go out or invite friends over without anyone nagging me.
That might sound nice and all, but it still doesn't change the fact that I'm responsible for paying my own utility bills such as water and electricity. Thankfully, Digi recently unveiled their brand new Digi Fibre Broadband which bundles together postpaid and Digi Fibre home plan into one simple package. (Yay! Fewer bills to pay!)
But that's not all, I heard that the package actually costs less than getting the plans individually, and they also come with free goodies such as up to 24 months of Viu membership when you sign up. Plans are priced as low as RM90 a month for Home Fibre and RM38 for the postpaid plan. But let's have a closer look at the Digi Fibre Broadband, shall we?

Starting 1 April 2020, Malaysian telcos began to provide users with 1GB of data daily. Although that free data could be used for anything at the time, it only applied from 8 AM to 6 PM each day. Now, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has announced that the free 1GB will apply for the entire day.
