Since the takeover by Elon Musk, Twitter has been implementing various changes that many users of the platform are now a fan of. Well, the company has announced yet another change recently, this time the increase of the tweet limit to 10,000 characters for paid users.

If you’re a Twitter user, then you’ve definitely noticed something different about the platform recently. In the latest of many changes since Elon Musk’s takeover, the iconic Twitter bluebird logo has now been changed to the Shiba Inu meme, the same being used as the cryptocurrency Dogecoin’s symbol.

An open letter requesting that AI labs around the world pause their experiments on AI more powerful than GPT4 for 6 months has appeared. Notable individuals of the 1123 signatories to date include Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, Tesla and Twitter and Steve Wozniak, Co-founder of Apple but there’s also various other CEOs, professors, leaders and so forth.

Twitter will be making yet another change since the takeover by billionaire Elon Musk, this time in regard to recommended tweets. Taking to, well, Twitter, Musk announced that starting 15 April, only verified accounts would be recommended on the “For You” page on the platform.

Recently, all third-party Twitter clients such as Tweetbot and Twitterific suddenly became unusable with the social media platform believed to have blocked its API access to these apps. Now, Twitter itself has confirmed the matter via new rules on its Developer Agreement page.

Twitter has introduced a slew of changes since Elon Musk officially took over in October last year. We may see yet another change soon too, whereby the social media platform is reportedly planning to sell usernames as a way to increase revenue.

Twitter has undergone a slew of changes since being acquired by Elon Musk, many of which incurred backlash from the social media platform’s users. Well, the company is implementing yet another change, this time in regard to the default functionality of its feed, which will now function similarly to TikTok. 

Two days ago, Elon Musk tweeted a poll asking if he should step down as the head of Twitter. He even said he will abide by the results so lo and behold, a majority of Twitter users voted yes and looks like he will do it.

Previously, we reported that Twitter introduced a new policy banning links to certain social media, including Facebook and Instagram on the platform. The move was subsequently met with criticism from Twitter users and now, the company has backtracked on that decision and deleted the new policy.

Tesla has recently announced that a “Holiday Update” is rolling out to its cars, which most notably allows owners to play games from Steam in their Tesla vehicles. According to the company’s official Twitter account, Steam is now available on new Model S and Model X vehicles, though no specific car models were mentioned.
