Yesterday, we wrote about how Facebook is attacking Apple for changing their ad-tracking feature. The first one was about claiming the upcoming iOS's App Tracking Transparency is about profit, not privacy which hurts SMEs businesses (we very much doubt so), now they are doing it again with a different angle saying it can make the Internet worse. 

If you're an Apple fan, you might have come across a piece of news about Facebook attacking Apple about ad-tracking. In fact, they bought a full-page newspaper ads column to address the issue about their policy and boy, we got ourselves some drama here. Apple also just responded but in case you missed it, here's what happened. 

In the age of the Internet, we are bombarded with a ton of information here and there. Sometimes, we just don't want to read another essay after our work at the end of the day so Facebook is planning to release a "TLDR" tool for this.

The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has sure been busy these days. Last week, it accused Facebook of running a monopoly and demanded the sale of Instagram and WhatsApp. Now, the organisation has placed nine tech companies under investigation.

If there's one silver lining to what has mostly been a disastrous 2020, it would be the many new ways people have found to work together online. Many companies have been bringing us new updates or platforms to collaborate, and for Facebook one of it is the new Collab app.

In fact, sources say that 48 attorneys general and the Federal Trade Commission filed a case against Facebook just yesterday due to using "unlawful schemes" to crush rivals. They also demanded Facebook to sell off Instagram and WhatsApp. 

Are you addicted to your smartphone? In this modern era where almost everyone has one for work and play, it's hard to tell if one is really addicted. To answer that, a recent study was carried out by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and here are the results.

DBKL recently posted an announcement on their Facebook page, stating that it is now possible to apply for a monthly parking pass via the EZ SMART PARK app found on either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. In terms of the pricing, the monthly parking pass is priced from RM160 where you can park at either Zon B or Zon C while Zon A pass, on the other hand, allows you to park at any designated zones at the price of RM320.

It seems that the Maybank2u website, as well as the Maybank2u app, is currently experiencing technical difficulties which are causing these services to load extremely slow. With that being said, Maybank has mentioned on their Facebook page that those who are keen on performing banking transactions should use the MAE app as it is not affected by the technical difficulties.
