Zoom and Google Meet will now be really close to each other. Google has announced bi-directional interoperability between the two videoconferencing tools. One of the features is allowing users to join Google Meet meetings from Zoom Rooms and vice versa.

Earlier, Google announced that it's adding a voice call feature to the Gmail app. Today, it is finally available on both iOS and Android app, and a video call feature also came with it. Therefore, from now on, users can directly perform those mentioned activities in the app rather than using Google Meet.

Before launching Android 12, Google is already rolling out part of the update to the users. The Material You, a more aesthetic-looking design language from the upcoming operating system update, will now be available on some Google apps, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
