Most of you should already know about Android 9.0 Pie and it will be available on quite a number of Android phones this year. Aside from the Google Pixel series, it seems that both Sony Mobile and HTC have officially announced a list of phones that are getting the update via over-the-air (OTA).

We are already halfway through 2017 and there were quite a few interesting smartphones we have seen these past few months. Quite few of them offered some rather shiny backsides so here we go with the Top 5 Shiniest smartphones yet (in no particular order). Check them out below!

Recently we managed to get some time with the HTC U Ultra and HTC U Play complete with a first looks product demo and hands-on video. Featuring a shiny new design, secondary display for the HTC U Ultra, smart AI (Artificial Intelligence) personal assistant and more, the HTC Ultra is priced at RM2999 while the HTC U Play is going for RM1899. Yesterday, HTC has launched an all-new HTC U Ultra and U Play in Malaysia. Available from early March onward for RM2999 and RM1899 respectively, the two models come in different colour format as Brilliant Black, Cosmetic Pink, and Sapphire Blue (U Ultra), while the latter comes in Black Oil and Iceberg White. HTC has arrived in 2017. They have just released the new HTC U Ultra and the HTC U Play to the world. The two phones feature a new design, look, and yes – no headphone jacks.

Take these photos with a grain of salt, but the following images are said to be the upcoming HTC U series smartphone – with the larger device sporting the moniker Ultra while the smaller one Play. These two devices are said to be the headliner of the HTC event launch this 12th of January.

HTC is set to have an event this coming 12 of January, and leaks of what they are going to showcase there is now up and running online. We have reports saying that the phones we will see are parked under the previously codename Ocean series, with the two models being the U Play and U Ultra.
