So the wait is finally over, Huawei Malaysia has officially launched the much teased Nova 2i in Malaysia today with the presence of Hannah Delisha as the new ambassador of the device. Priced for RM1299, the device will be available at all across Huawei Experience Stores, authorized dealers and display zones in Graphite Black, Prestige Gold and Aurora Blue on 13 October 2017. Customers who purchase on that day will receive an exclusive premium gift consisting of a selfie stick, a headphone and a smartphone ring holder worth RM499. Huawei officially took the wraps off of the Huawei Maimang 6 recently featuring 16MP+2MP dual-rear and 13MP+2MP dual-front cameras for 2399 CNY (~RM1520). Other tech specs include a Kirin 659 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, a 5.9-inch EntireView FHD (2160 x 1080) display with 18:9 aspect ratio and a 3340 mAh battery. It measures in at 156.2 x 75.2 x 7.5mm and 164g with EMUI 5.1 and Android 7.0. Thanks to an official invite we received, the quad-camera packing Huawei Nova 2i will apparently be coming to Malaysia on 26 September 2017, confirming that it will have dual rear cameras and dual front cameras. The invite also says that we should expect a star ambassador to go with the Nova 2i. No prizes as to who that someone is but do feel free to discuss it in our Facebook Page.
