A recent leak from Apple’s internal code suggests that the upcoming M5-powered MacBook Pro may break its Wi-Fi dependency and include a built-in 5G modem. The code reveals it's powered not only by the next-generation M5 Pro chip, but also by a custom in-house 5G modem codenamed “Centauri", which first appeared in the iPhone 16e.

Before October ended, Apple made one last announcement - the new MacBook Pro with M4, M4 Pro and M4 Max chips. Coming to Malaysia soon in Space Black and Silver finishes, the 14-inch MacBook Pro with 16GB of memory will start at just RM6,999.
