The Huawei Ascend G6 4G is the refresh of the Huawei Ascend G6 with new 4G LTE connectivity. Originally designed to provide a more affordable midrange offering of the former flagship Huawei Ascend P6, the Ascend G6 features the same look and feel with a slightly smaller 4.5-inch screen and a thicker 7.9mm thin chassis. According to it's distributor Brightstar, the Motorola Moto G LTE smartphone will be coming to Malaysia as soon as 11 July 2014 (this Friday). The smartphone will have the same tech specs as the Motorola Moto G except that it has 8GB of storage along with support for 4G LTE connectivity. Pricing is expected to be at RM799 which is just RM1 less than the RM798 priced 16GB Motorola Moto G. This would mean that the tech specs for the Moto G LTE would include a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, support for a microSD, a 4.5-inch display with 720p pixel resolution, 5MP rear camera and 2070 mAh battery. Accessories such as the Flip cover will go for RM129 while the Cover Shell will sell for RM69.

While it may be one of the most affordable smartphones around, the Motorola Moto G has one large shortcoming in that it can't support LTE. However this may change as rumours indicate a Moto G LTE and Moto G Ferrari could be coming soon. Tech specs for the Moto G LTE should not differ too much from the Moto G but it could see a higher pricing of $260 (RM844) with a possible release date in Mexico sometime in June 2014. The Motorola Moto G Ferrari on the other hand could just be a Moto G with Ferrari colours (red and black) and branding but this should be cool as well.
