OPPO is currently veenturing into the bigger picture after unveiling the OPPO X 2021. But for now, the company will still be focusing on the mainstream flagships and 5G smartphones. Today, we found a new smartphone with the model number PCEM30 and PECT 30 appeared on TEENA certification and GeekBench which is believed to be the new OPPO A-series as it resembles the model number of the OPPO A72 5G.

Last week, the tech specs for a new 5G OPPO device was found on Geekbench and TENAA. It was evident that this new OPPO A72 5G would be coming soon, but it looks like OPPO wanted to reveal it early. Yesterday, the new phone was quietly listed on OPPO China's online store with a retail price of 1899 yuan (~RM1154).

Another smartphone specification got leaked on Geekbench, and we believe this is the OPPO A72 5G because it has the same model number PDYM20 as TENAA that was announced a few weeks ago.
