A teaser was shared on Weibo showing off the upcoming Redmi smartphone. The poster shows clearly the name Redmi X which features a full infinity display, a triple rear camera setup and a pop up selfie camera positioned top and center of the device similar to the OPPO F11 Pro and not towards the left like shown in the first teaser video which emulates the vivo V15 Pro.

Evan Blass recently released an image of an upcoming Razer Phone equipped with dual cameras on his Twitter account. Based on a follow-up statement by Evan, the Razer logo at the rear will have the ability to light up as well. Previously we’ve covered that the upcoming Razer Phone will be slightly thicker with the same spec high refresh rate display. Other than that, there is no information on the tech specs, release date and pricing of the device for now. Recently Razer has sent out invites titled “Save the Date” for an event on 10 October 2018 and we have good reason to believe that Razer will be announcing the Razer Phone 2. Based on previous leaked images, the Razer Phone 2 will be extremely similar to the previous generation.

With all the smartphone manufacturers developing their own take of a gaming smartphone. Based on reports by playfuldroid.com, Razer has hinted that their upcoming Razer Phone 2 could come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset due to release some time end of this year.

It seems that Samsung might join the gaming smartphone race with their own gaming smartphone device based on a statement made by @MMDDJ_ on Twitter. If my predictions are correct, the smartphone will follow the footsteps of other gaming smartphones such as the Razer Phone, Xiaomi Black Shark, and even the ASUS ROG Phone in that it might feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, high ram capacity, probably a high refresh-rate infinity display and equally large battery capacity.

Today Razer has announced the launch of their new e-Wallet system called the Razer Pay in partnership with Berjaya Corporation Berhad. The e-Wallet allows users to easily top up money into it. Not only that, you can also transfer money to other users who has the e-Wallet as well. If you sign up now until 30 September 2018, you’ll be awarded RM10 which will be added into your Razer Pay e-Wallet account.

Based on an interview conducted by gadgetmatch.com, Huawei Consumer Business President Jim Xu has confirmed that chinese smartphone manufacturer plans to release a gaming focused smartphone in H2 2018 as well as a foldable smart device by 2019. But the concept of having a gaming centric phone is not new though as several other manufacturers such as Razer Phone, Xiaomi Black shark, and the Asus ROG Phone has been known to be around for quite a while now.

As scheduled, Razer has revealed its first smartphone known as the Razer Phone. Pre-order for the phone has already begun but only in USA, Canada and three European countries, the price tag slapped on the device is $699 (~RM2953) which isn't surprising considering the leaked tech-specs.
