Redmi has released a new offering in the affordable smartphone segment, the Redmi 12C, with prices starting as low as CNY699 or ~RM446. The device packs a 6.71-inch display with an HD resolution, a 20.6:9 screen ratio, up to 500 nits brightness and a 1500:1 contrast ratio.

With the launch of the Redmi K60 series last Tuesday (27 December 2022), the Xiaomi subsidiary also launched several official accessories for the smartphone lineup. These include a cooling case which is touted to be able to, well, cool the device by up to 4 degrees Celsius.
