News & Reviews:   Samsung Galaxy A02 Malaysia pre-order

Back at the end of January, the Samsung Galaxy A02 was announced and it has finally made it to the Malaysian market. Initially, two variants were introduced but Samsung Malaysia imported the 3GB + 32GB variant for just RM399.

It seems that Samsung has recently unveiled the Samsung Galaxy A02 in Thailand from the price of 2999 Baht (~RM404) for the 3GB RAM variant, while the 2GB RAM variant’s price remains unknown. While there is no news on the Malaysia release date, it does give us a better idea of what to expect if the smartphone were to come to Malaysia.

It seems that the Samsung Galaxy A02, as well as the Galaxy M02, have received Wi-Fi certification, hinting that both the smartphones will most likely be unveiled very soon. While there is no official news on the exact release date, the leak gives us a better idea of what to expect when it is officially unveiled in Malaysia.

Samsung has now brought more focus onto its budget smartphones lineup with the Samsung Galaxy A and M series. When we talk about budget smartphones, Samsung did introduce a smartphone that is less than RM500 which is the Galaxy A01 that got so much attention to it. Today, we found out Samsung is preparing for another new entry-level Galaxy A02s that just got certified by Thailand’s NBTC certification and GeekBench benchmark.

Samsung isn't a brand that is always tied with flagship smartphones. Sometimes, the company makes budget smartphones to satisfy a wider range of customers as well. With that said, Samsung might be launching two budget smartphones soon and they're called Galaxy A02 and Galaxy M02.
