After a few teasers, the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) has been officially announced in South Korea for 649000 KRW (RM2428). Featuring similar tech specs with the Samsung Galaxy S6 in a thinner metal body with a bigger full HD screen and battery, the features that matter like processor, RAM, fingerprint sensor and camera remain the same, minus the curvier design of the Galaxy S6. The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) has been leaking a lot lately, as previously we have seen some render concepts of the device, it's also been certified by the FCC and Bluetooth SIG according to some sources, and now it's spotted on AnTuTu sharing similar tech-specs from GFXBench and Geekbench.

Joining the current lineup of Samsung Galaxy A series, the leaked Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) looks to be something sitting between the Galaxy A7 2016 and the Galaxy A9 Pro 2016 – based on the looks alone.
