We saw this coming. Somewhat. Samsung dropped another teaser for their foldable smartphone on Twitter this morning in the form of a video. In the said video, it showed the words “The future unfolds” in a folding manner before dropped the date “02.20.2019”.

We waited a whole year for this. This is Samsung’s Galaxy S 10th Anniversary and we are expecting to be wowed and wowed we did. The Galaxy S10 series has now been unveiled, showing off three sleek new devices which are the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus and a 5G model as well which is not ready for commercial sale yet. Anyway, let's take a look at some of the tech specs.

Today, we’ve heard that the Samsung Galaxy S10+, like Huawei’s Mate 20 Pro, may sport reverse wireless charging!

As the date for Samsung’s Unpacked 2019 approaches, more and more speculations about the much anticipated Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone range appear. A photo appeared on Weibo, showing the front of the Samsung Galaxy S10+, rocking extremely thin bezels and a pill shaped cutout housing the selfie camera as well as the ToF camera.

20th February 2019. That’s the date to look out for. Vivo has released a teaser with the words “There’s a new pop-star in town” and “Block your date 20.2.2019”. On the poster shows the top of a smartphone with a square pop up on top. This may likely point to the upcoming vivo V15 Pro smartphone.

AnTuTu has recently announced that they will begin benchmarking AI performance, which can be found in quite a number of modern-day smartphones. The number of AI capable smartphone has increased since the start of 2018, which brings plenty of added functionality such as AI scene detection, AI power management and so on.

We’re only a month away from Samsung’s Unpacked 2019 and many rumours are already surfacing on the internet about the smartphone. The latest one comes from GSMArena where an unnamed Samsung rep working on the devices mentioned that the lowest spec Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone may not be called ‘Lite’. These smartphones are set to be released on the 8th of March.

Recently Samsung filed a trademark for a software named the “Neuro Game Booster”, which we presume is their very own implementation of a game optimizer, similar to that of Huawei’s GPU Turbo Technology. Based on the list of goods and services section, there is a mention of an “Artificial Intelligence Software”, which means that this technology by Samsung could be using the Neural Processing Unit that is embedded in the upcoming Exynos 9820 chipset to increase performance while gaming.
