Apparently PhoneArena received a CPU-Z screenshot about the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 from someone who claimed to be a Samsung employee. From the screenshot we can tell that tech specs and features could include a 5.8-inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 Quad HD resolution, 6 GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, 3700mAh battery and Samsung's own Exynos 8890 SoC. The phone model will be known as SM-N930F, and the CPU-Z screenshot is available right below.

Nowadays flagship devices on the market today are mostly water resistant capable phones or even if they're not, some of the phones can still handle water pretty well. We have seen a Samsung Galaxy S7 underwater unboxing, Nexus 6 underwater survival test and now it is time for more Samsung Galaxy S7 edge water tests, this time for approximately 16 hours by Lewis of Unbox Therapy.
Technically, the Galaxy S7 edge is IP68 rated so it should be able to handle a minimum of 30 minutes at a depth of 1.5 meters. While we also have our own frozen Samsung Galaxy S7 edge test, check out if the Galaxy S7 edge survived in this article.

Recently luxury brand specialist Karalux came out with their version of a gold-plated Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. This is not an unexpected news because in the past they also released the gold version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. The gold-plated Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge are the product of 6 continuous working hours by their engineer with a 24K gold layer. The Malaysian pricing for these gold versions comes up to around RM6679 for the Galaxy S7 and RM7467 for the S7 edge. Thankfully, Karalux support global delivery, which also includes Malaysia along with free complimentary shipping.

While the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge are both water and dust resistant, even to the point of surviving being frozen, neither of them are shock resistant. This is mostly due to the glass front and back on both phones but leaks have seemingly confirmed that Samsung are making a rugged military grade (shock resistant) Galaxy S7 Active smartphone. No news on tech specs, Malaysia release date or pricing details but we don't expect the Galaxy S7 Active to arrive in Malaysia anytime soon, considering that Samsung Malaysia only brought in the Galaxy S7 edge.

The Samsung S7 Edge has a new fully IP68 water resistance and Samsung claims that it can survive up to 1.5m deep in water, and also 30 minutes of time period. Samsung also won awards during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016 with a "Best Connected Consumer Electronic Device" award for the Samsung Gear S2 and the "Best Smartphone 2015" award for their Samsung Galaxy S6 edge from GSMA at the Global Mobile Awards. The Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 edge weren't mentioned at this point, but these devices also won awards from various tech industry awards such as techradar and others. Here is what Samsung had to say about it:

So just in case you missed the trash talk by LG at Samsung on Twitter (which was taken down already) during the first day of MWC 2016, initially, we wanted to do a comparison between theSamsung Galaxy S7 and LG G5 to see which one is better. That was until Xiaomi Mi 5 came along and kind of dropped the mic by showing a high AnTuTu score (142084 points) which surpasses both of them, with 133054 points (G5), followed by 116668 (Galaxy S7).
