The long awaited Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has finally arrived in Malaysia! Pre-Order started from 11 until 24 September at the price of RM7999. Previously, the first Samsung Galaxy Fold had lots of commentary on its dislay machanism and it just doesn't seem to be a solid foldable smartphone, so has the Galaxy Z Fold 2 overcome all the flaws from its predecessor this time?

Samsung has officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, which will be available for purchase starting from 18 September 2020 onwards at the price of 1999USD (~RM8280). However, there’s no official information in regards to the official Malaysia release date, as well as local pricing, so you might need to stay tuned for that.

As we gear up for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 reveal tomorrow on 1 September 2020 during the Galaxy Unpacked Part II, the rumours are flying fast and thick. It seems that a recent tweet from a Twitter user seems to state that the pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 have been spotted, and the device is priced at £1799 (~RM9973). While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, our source did mention that the pre-orders will ship out from 17 September onwards while the first day of sale will start from 18 September 2020.

The Galaxy Unpacked event on 5 August has ended with the launch of the Galaxy Note20 series and Buds Air Live as well as the unveiled of the Galaxy Z Fold 2. Today, we found out that the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 has passed China’s TEENA and as planned, it will be launching in September.

Although Samsung officially announced the Galaxy Z Fold 2 at its latest Unpacked event on 5 August, the device won't be released till September 2020. A new rumour has surfaced from a tipster @Boby25846908 hinting that the price of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 to be as high as USD2795 (~RM11712), which is a huge increase compared to the original Galaxy Fold. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, Samsung did mention that more information about the device will be revealed in September 2020.

Other than the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series, Samsung has also unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold 2 foldable smartphone as well as well as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 series.
