Today, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. have unveiled and showcased multiple new technologies that focuses on smarter living for their customers in at the Samsung South East Asia Forum 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The new products that were presented by the company were – a new curvedSUHD TV with Quantum Dot Display, Samsung AddWash Washing Machine, a connectedSamsung Family Hub refrigerator, and a brand new Samsung Galaxy TabPro S that runs on Windows 10 OS along with two new Gear S2 classic colours in Rose Gold and Platinum.

Samsung Electronics has managed to maintain its position as the highest ranking HDTV manufacturer for the 2015 J.D. Power HDTV Satisfaction Report in the 50-inch and 50-inches or below for the second year in a row. J.D. Power surveyed more than 3750 consumers who purchased a HDTV in the past 12 months to arrive at these rankings. Satisfaction is measured on a scale of 1000 based on eight factors: overall satisfaction, performance, reliability, ease of operation, style/appearance, features, warranty and price. According to the study, Samsung ranked highest in the 50-inches and above category with a score of 871 and highest in the 50-inches and below category with a score of 856. In both categories, the brand ranked highest for overall satisfaction, performance, reliability, style and appearance, features and warranty. Leveraging years of expertise in the home entertainment space, and taking into account the voice of market and customer needs, Samsung continues to elevate the viewing experience for consumers with its new SUHD TVs. The recently unveiled Samsung SUHD TVs provide quad HD resolution displays for the ultimate in fine viewing. While there are still full HD or 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution TVs in the market, those looking for something different would do well to pay attention to the following Samsung SUHD TV infographic. Featuring SUHD TVs that include the JS9500 at 78-inches, JS9000 at 68-inches and JS8000 at 55-inches, pricing remains RM39999, RM24999 and RM9999 respectively. Samsung Malaysia Electronics has just launched their Samsung SUHD TV range of curved display Ultra High Definition TVs for Malaysia. Based on a new nano-crystal technology the new SUHD TVs deliver brighter 4K display video and images with better clarity while maintaining the same energy efficiency as existing LED-backlit UHD TVs. In addition, each SUHD TV uses an intelligent SUHD re-mastering picture quality engine for seamless and high-quality upscaling from full HD 1080p to 4K resolutions. Available in 55-inch to 88-inch sizes, the Samsung SUHD range will include the JS9500 at 78-inches, JS9000 at 68-inches and JS8000 at 55-inches for now. The JS9500, JS9000 and JS8000 SUHD TVs will be priced at RM39999, RM24999 and RM9999 respectively. Prices are inclusive of 6% GST and they should be available starting from today, but if you're looking for a clearer explanation, there will be a roadshow at the Concourse in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.
